A fast Garand is way cool! Now I'm one step closer to experiencing what a BAR is like!

Agreed about the trash. I'm sure they policed up after themselves as any responsible sportsman would.

Noticed that there were only 7 shots out of that Garand. Did he already fire once before the clip or did he stop prior to the last shot?

Yes, that place has been around for a while. Asides for the empty shells, the place is pretty clean. And yup, we picked up all our junk before we headed home.

There were only 7 shots with the Garand because the 2nd round failed to feed. Guess I need to clean out the action once in a while!

Cool shirt, I still haven't broken down and bought the box set yet.

I was all set to try some bump firing with the SKS the other day before it jammed hard... gotta remember to do it next time I go out.
