I've always been wanting one of these and had originally planned to eventually buy a new(er) one. But I found one that appears to be "pre-ban" from the image online that serial number is only 4 digits & it is offered with a 2nd magazine for $599.
Now I am torn if you could get a new one or one of the original ones for roughly the same price, which way would you go?

For the minimal price difference I would go with new they get shot a lot and do wear.

I bought a used one during the ban with a broken magazine was real fun to find a replacement mag spring then.

Your finger will get tired and most trigger cranks will not fit in the trigger guard.

I didn’t realize they were still made...
I am partial to new. They look like they get used more than average.:)

Buck Rogers with gun powder.

Where were these new ones again?

Buddy of mine had one....this was years ago.....can you say jam-o-matic.

Cool toy however.

Really a 1022 (and you know how I love those) with a monster mag worked better.....just not my 1022.

They list several different calibers but not ever produced has a vaporware feel to it been on the site for years but no update. I would be interested in their idea of 12gauge.
Only the 22 and 9mm are available.

I have a Calico 900 9mm carbine for 25 years and recently passed it to my son . It is VERY reliable, even with the one 100 round mag I have and with the 3 50 round mags. The only trouble with the gun is the dismal sight set up, he is mounting an RD on a home machined mount for that and has applied for a stamp to build an intergral suppressor on it. :)
