Can MEC reloaders be converted to another gauge?

As I posted here some (long!) time back, I've got hold of a couple of older MEC Jr. reloaders. I plan on sending them to MEC for overhaul and installation of any missing parts, and using them for my shotgunning.

I think that both of them are in 12ga. I'd like to convert one to 20ga., as with my back injury, I suspect I'll need a lot more of this stuff! Is this possible?

Also, I've noted comments in another thread about needing a tighter resizing ring (or whatever it's called). Anything I should ask MEC to install while they check my machines out?

All advice welcome. Good advice will be heeded! :D

The conversion kit is available for the JRs and other but not all MECs. A new resizer ring would be on the kit.

What, no 28 gauge reloader?....

My RR cost $2.68. You might just want to get one....

I will point out that in some of the resizing that uses the ring, the brass can build up at the base of the rim after a few reloadings. This can cause problems with the shell sticking in the chambers, especially with autos. Been there, done that, went to the grabber system. Just FYI. Not always the case, but something to keep in mind.
