I've taken apart my bps once before and it wasn't too big a deal getting is assembled again. I took it apart tonight and now it just refuses to be put back together. The trigger housing refuses to fit into the receiver and its got me pretty mad :cuss: . Any tips

Be sure the flats of the hammer cross pin at the front of the trigger plate assembly are turned down (the 'wedge' should be up) before you try to get the trigger plate assy back in the receiver. Also, be sure the shell stops on either side of the receiver are each on the correct side and remain in their recesses as the trigger plate assy is reinstalled (might not be fun).

It is tricky to keep the shell stops in the right position as you slide the trigger assy into position. It takes a bit of the touch so to speak. Some of the BPS's are difficult because of tight fit so take your time and make sure the notches on the shell stops are also in alignment with each other.

Thanks guys i just got it back together. WOw the first time wasn't near as hard Lol. It ended up being a combination of the shell stops not aligning and also the second pin was a little off center(the one that doesn't pivot the slide release). Thanks again
