What kind of accuracy are folks getting at 100 yards with the 55, 62 and 70 grain Barnes TSX 223/556 loads and standard carbine length AR 15's with 1:7 twist barrels?

I have thought about checking and then buying off the shelf ammo or reloading to use a 223 for deer.

For me it generally depends on what rifle and optic I'm using, what position I'm in and what kind of day I'm having.

TSX is my preferred deer and hog load and it costs enough where I probably won't be doing any high powered plinking with it. If I'm in a stable position and the rifle is all sighted in and everything then at 100 yards I've turned in anywhere from between the occasional cloverleaf when I'm really doing good or about fist size when I'm just doing okay.

TSX is capable of really good accuracy and so are my rifles. I'm the part of the equation that moves.
