I like to ask my Glock slug at .355.6
I wonder on a steady diet of .357 would be o.k. threw the bore.
I get no leading at all
The gun prints outstanding groups at 12 yards one hole
I also find no soot on brass cases.
My powder is bulleye 3.4 grains
Bullet 122 gr. T.C. cast BHN 15

It won't hurt a thing, assuming the rounds chamber fine, but most 9MM chambers are fairly generous as far as diameter goes.

+1. Glock barrels are surface hardened to close to carbide hardness.

Your .357" diameter bullets will simply get resized to .3556" as they exit the barrel.

Since glock barrels have longer leade with very smooth start of rifling which allows the bullet to jump deeper into the barrel before engaging the rifling, keep an eye on the forward part of the chamber and clean as necessary. When shooting lead loads, I usually check my Glock barrels around 200-300 rounds and clean up any fouling build up in the barrel as necessary.

I had my buddy buy a Lone Wolf barrel with conventional rifling in it for his Glock, before I would suggest he use cast bullets. Seems that the polygonal Glock rifling doesn't like lead bullets.
