Unlawful Taking by Government
Protect your private property rights...
Any citizen that have had property taken for code violations
by any entitiy of Government may have legal recourse of
recovery. Property Owned by Danny G. Goe and Edna Goe
was taken by the City of Mexico, Mo. This resulted in a suit
in Audrain County Court which was dismissed. On appeal to
the Missouri Eastern District Court of Appeals Case No. ED79327
This was REVERSED AND REMANDED. "Divison one holds:
Because the City's Demolition Ordinance did not provide for a
full and adquate hearing before Plaintiffs' structure was
demolished. It did not comply with the requirements of section
67.410 and was therefore invalid." You may review the court's
decision on www.courts.net or a copy at
http://wwww.geocities.com/Goodjobs1/Goevscityofmexico.html
I strongly suggest you contact your attorney or my attorney for
a review of the merit of your case for possible recovery.
My attorney can be contacted at:

300 Guitar Building,
28th N. Eight St.,
Columbia, Mo. 65201,

I am trying to find out if this is nation wide...
Please forward this to any of your friends that may
have had experienced this from any city or county.
Sincerely,
Danny G. Goe
