I've used those and they are great. Regular Q-tips shed fibers, these don't and are much less expensive than the gun-specific ones sold by Dillion and others.

I’m anxious to try the big swabs, they look perfect for a 9mm barrel swab.

Well rats, the 8.5mm swabs were too small for the 9mm, however the 12mm swabs are perfect for the .45
