Just curious, for those of you "in the know"...... Are these a reasonable quality gun? IIRC, they did not have a real great reputation when they first came on the market years (decades?) ago, true?

I had one years ago. Crude, simple, lighter than a Thompson, reliable -- it would shoot any ammo I fed it. Accuracy wasn't impressive but I don't think that's what they had in mind. I should have never traded it off.



But, if I had kept it I'm pretty certain it would sit unused in the back of the safe.

I shot one a little in the 80's. I wasnt particularly impressed with the reliability.
