I have a suppressed .45 ACP SBR that's quite fun, but the milspec trigger was really, really rough. I installed a Timney trigger that I'd purchased at a previous show and found that the trigger wouldn't reset properly after firing one or two rounds. After lots of diagnosis I learned that Timney doesn't recommend their triggers in those applications.
So my gunsmith recommended a CMC as a good, affordable, durable trigger and it's worked perfectly since. I've got a good feeling for the company and its products as a result.
CMC makes lots of triggers for AR applications in one- and two-stage varieties, for AKs, and now for Glocks.
The Glock trigger pull was still a but mushy to my taste (but I'm a bit of a bigot for 1911 triggers), but the reset on these was outstanding. This is a very shootable trigger, and should be a solid improvement over stock.
