Cold Steen Two Handed Machete
http://www.coldsteel.com/97thm.html
I got one a while back and thought I would let you all know what I think.
I paid $9 for the one I got, you can find then cheaper that the link I gave. After cleaning over 2000 ft of fence row over the weekend, I am very impressed. Its much lighter than a brush ax but still has the reach to cut briers with out getting all scratched up. I did have to take a file to it out of the box and it held a serviceable edge all day. this was while cutting saplings and lots of cutting roots under ground.
The edge is now nicked and the blade has a slight bend, I suppose because I used one handed most of the time, but it now occupies a prominent place behind my truck seat. In briers all you need is one hand and you can cut back and forth just by turning your wrist on the return stroke, I cut several low hanging red oak limbs up to two inches while they were hanging from the tree in one whack (that takes some serious cutting power if you have never tried it).
