Colt King Cobra 25 and 50 yard accuracy

It seems like there have been several guys asking about the King Cobra lately. I thought I'd show you what one can do in the hands of an average shooter.

Today, I was out testing some loads in a MK III I haven't shot much. I decided to put a few of my favorite load thru my 6 inch KC to double check the sights with said load. I didn't do any practice shots, warm ups, double takes or anything else. I just shot 6 at 25 yards and 7 at 50 yards. All shots were taken with a rest. The gun gave me the same kind of results she's been giving me for many years and many, many rounds...I'd imagine she'd cut smaller groups in the hands of a really good shooter.

Man, this does nothing to increase my desire for a King Cobra. It might be time for me to figure out what I can part with so that I can get one.

I have 2 KCs. I get similar results as OP on my 6" for past 20 years.
