Are there shirt manufactures that make clothing suitable for concealed carry? I'm thinking of kaki shirts, vests, etc. that don't tuck, look nice but have fabric that won't "print". I want a casual but professional look and thought there might be mfgs. that specialize?

This morning I was looking at some shirts that are modified for carry.Google "Woolrich Discreet" ...:D

I've never found the need for special clothing to conceal my firearm, I used to carry a Ruger P90, now I carry a Sig P229 or a XD 45 ACP Service.

I've found a good belt with a good OWB belt slide / scabbard type holster and an untucked polo shirt to be just fine. Dark colors and stripes / patterns work better but I can conceal with a light yellow polo fairly well as well.

It might be a good idea to reconsider your method of carry / concealment, with the right type of holster most people can easily conceal service sized handguns.

it yells dork, unless your in a fishing store, wearing rain boots, or not wearing a shirt under it (only ok if you have nice arms)

Just get a casual sports jacket. You can wear one with jeans, khakis or dress pants and a tie, if you want to.
You can wear it inside (unlike a regular jacket or coat).
I started wearing a ports jacket so I could more easily conceal a larger gun OWB.
No need to look for specific "Concealed Carry" clothing...because there isn't any such thing...
