I have a left hander savage 110C in 30-06, that has a staggered feed drop magazine with the magazine release on the side. The action screw length is 5.062" and it is an old style action with the pre-accu trigger.

I am trying to find a stock for this particular rifle and no one online has one with this specific dimensions. It was suggested that I convert my rifle to a blind magazine action because I would have more options on stocks but have no clues on how to do it.

Would appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction with references or kits if there are such things. Thank you for reading my post.

I am in the same dilemma . I have a Savage 110 in 300WinMag that is a safe queen

IF the actions are the same (the blind mags mount strait to the actions and attach via two slots that metal tabs from the mag box fit into, fore and aft of the feed rails) to change to a bling mag you simply need a mag box, follower/spring and the correct stock.

I will take the stock off and inspect the action and the mag well.Maybe Numrich has the parts. Thanks !
I am thinking about rebarreling this rifle in 280AI,but I want a decent stock on it first .
