CRKT's Awesome Warranty Department

Just thought I would let y'all know that CRKT has an awesome warranty department .
My M16-14 blade broke {a crescent shaped notch at the base of the blade} after 5 years of owning it. I dont know what caused it but I sent it to CRKT {Columbia River Knife and Tool} and they sent a replacement out right away.
If you are considering a new folder,I would go with CRKT.

That's great to hear! I have to say I think CRKT has about got the low-to-mid-price market figured out.

I like them, but I don't own any. I suppose everybody should own at least one Kasper pattern, though . . . . .

I give CRKT a thumbs up also. My M16-13M started to have a malfunctioning lock. Sent it to them and two weeks later a new one was at my door. They don't repair just send you a new one...a class act.

CRKT has discontinued the Kasper Companion so I'd grab a black blade asap.

Good to hear. I own one of their M16 models. Used to carry it every day, I think I'll start again.
