Custom AR info/help

I have searched, and am coming up snake eyes...Besides Sun Devil MFG, Do any of you know where or who builds custom ARs with the following? Actually, I just want to buy the upper and lower and then the parts, unless the price is right on the complete rifle..kits are preferred too..

24" SS fluted Bulll Barrel w/target crown--pref Krieger or Lothar 1/7 or 1/8 twist..
side charging handle
free floated (of course)
.223 Wylde chamber
anodized upper/lower preferably red or blue..but basically something besides black..

I am newly single 8*( so I want to start building a nice target rifle on an AR platform..Google hasn't helped me much..

They also have another division, white oak armament. You can build one from parts on this site or order a upper as well. They are a little less expensive and use Wilson barrels instead of krieger, pac, etc. Still awesome uppers.

You can't beat White Oak for quality and the pricing is excellent. John Holliger will work with you to get the specs you want, including the barrel brand - might take 8+ weeks though.

Unless you go with a billet lower and reciever, colored anno looks horrible on a AR. Even with billet the flashyness of colored anno looks like poo and clashes with your grips and accesories.

I think it would be best to build a black rifle, shoot the tar out of it, AR's scratch up easy, then send it out for Alumihyde or Duracoat refinishing. The White/black/ gray winter digital or urban dfigital camo patterns look cool IMO.

Maybe, but this one is going to be a range queen mainly...lots of color and whatnot..mainly to impress me...and because I want it.. 8*)
