Customer service from Amazon and RCBS are both amazing.
I ordered a set of deluxe RCBS check weights from Amazon. They sent it promptly but out of the six non wire check weights one 100 gr. weight was missing. I called Amazon to make them aware of the problem. They promptly sent me a new set with no mention of returning the defective set. The replacement set was also missing the 100 gr. weight. Next I called RCBS to make sure the instruction sheet was correct and I was supposed to get two 100 gr. weights. They said yes. I guess their quality control was a little off. They sent me a 100 gr. replacement right away no questions asked.
Now that's customer service.
