I have found old posts with links to these that are no longer up. I would love to get one, but can't seem to find one. Anyone have some inside info on where I may be able to track one down?

Long and short of it is they just dont exist anymore, You used to be able to get them from makarov.com, but they sold out long before they quit selling parts.
I have a friend that had one, he had feed problems with his due to the 9mm OAL being shorter than 7.62x25 and rounds getting stuck.
you probably could have a gunsmith bore out a regular barrel, having it headspace on the casemouth.

I got mine at makarov.com before they sold out.
Simply swap out barrels. I expected to have to do a little tweaking but had no problem at all and the 9mm is more accurate than the 7.62x25.
