Damascus Chef's Knife - 8 inch

I love to cook and I love a good knife. This one is like my chef's Knife. The Damascus holds up very well in the kitchen. You do have to take some care, as this is carbon steel knife. The pattern is etched into the blade it can not be removed by wear or use in the kitchen. Just put a thin coat of Crisco on the blade every couple of weeks. The handle is a Beautiful Black and blue G10

Grind is a Flat Grind with a Secondary Edge.

Construction is Full Tang
