Can someone help with some data on 180gr bullet for 357 mag? The bullets are from Missouri Bullet.

I don't post loading data in open forums, but I can tell you that either Winchester 296/H110, or Hodgdon Lil'Gun will work great with that bullet. For my Marlin rifles in that caliber, I'm getting an average of 1,710 fps with the suggested load of Lil'Gun, and about 100' per second less with the suggested load of 296/H110.

Hope this helps.

The SAAMI pressure limit is the same, therefore the load is the same. Barrel length just affects velocity. Look on the powder manufacturer's website. Accurate Powders has load data for 180 grain lead with AA #7, #9 and Ramshot True Blue.

edit: ...and Ramshot Zip. Just noticed that they don't use the same bullet mold or manufacturer for each powder. It does matter how far each specific bullet extends into the case depending on where the crimp groove is located.

Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook has loads with a direct reference to a 180g lead, #2 alloy. Rather than list it all, subject to errors, what powder do you have available? It appears that Blue Dot is what they would recommend.

I do a lot of loading for the 180 cast bullets. 2400 and H110 are my go-to powders for that. I amp some up a bit for the Redhawk and they've been fantastically accurate. What firearm are you shooting with? Remember a lot of the data for the heavy .357 bullets is for single shot or beefy target revolvers like the RH. Online it isn't always made clear. I make a point of cross-checking printed sources. MULTIPLE printed sources. Before settling on a load. It's entirely possible to rig loads for 180's or even 200's out of small CCW .357's, but you need to load them up more like a .38-200 S&W than a load for knocking down bowling pins at a hundred yards. Otherwise aside from safety issues, recoil becomes very difficult to control.

I made up some and they stuck out the end of the cylinder. So I pressed them in a little, now they are little hot. But they don't show any high pressure signs. I checked the manual I use to make them, to another manual I have, the power is the same and the charge is only .1 off at both ends. I loaded the in the middle. I took a few apart to check and they where the same. The OAL in the second manual is small than my bullets are, but not by much. These bullets don't have that 357 crack but sound like my 454.
I was checking to see what other people were using.
