:what: I think you mean "investigating," not "investing" NRA's finances. Investing would seem an odd and gnarly conflict of interests .... not that govt. wouldn't do THAT ... maybe .... but I'm thinking more likely typo. ;) Hey... I've been guilty myself.... "stuff" happens! :uhoh:

Gee, folks absolutely opposed to what the NRA stands for are now circling in for the kill... Surprise, surprise (as Gomer Pyle used to say....).

If the NRA has a problem with our finances then I want to know. Sunlight is the best disinfectant as they say. We will emerge a stronger organization regardless, either because there was nothing to find or because some scoundrels are exposed. If we have nothing to hide then we shouldn’t be worried about an audit.

Sharks sense blood in the water.

The anti-2A are going overboard to weaken the NRA enough so that it can not afford to financially support President Trump's reelection. In addition they are trying to bankrupt the NRA so it will be unable to defend the 2A after a Democrat wins the office.

I've run all sorts of permutations of how this thread might evolve. Sadly all of them end up being locked, so I am going to put the boot in now.
Hope you guys and gals don't mind.
Time to think positive: take someone shooting, clean some guns, check your spares, read other threads. You get the picture...
