It's a shame the boy had to do that. I'm glad he did it instead of being a victim, but I'm sure it will affect him for some time. You can say he may have handled it wrong but at his age and fighting off 2 grown men that also had guns he did remarkable to win the fight and to not hurt any bystanders. I would hope if I had to defend my life or my family that it turned out that way.

This just reiterates how important it is to be right. If you shoot you better be right. A lot of people post about how if X, Y, or Z triggers are met you can shoot... But really it matters if you're right. If they were reaching for waistband and you shoot and they had a gun you're golden, but if it's a phone you're going to jail. Be sure.
