Not yet, but it's getting there. This group is from a rest this evening. 25yds. (No, not a Ransom rest, just a sand bag.) Yes, the best grouping of my evening's testing. Other targets weren't all firestarter. They were respectable. I can't complain, it's not a custom Bullseye pistol. Now if I can only learn to shoot well enough to take advantage of the accuracy here-in. I think I've found my Bullseye load! Time for some adjustable sights!

Good shooting. What load have you worked out for the gun?

For adjustable sights, Bo-mar makes a BCMS-K specifically for the Kimber. One version replaces the Kimber adjustable the other is for the fixed sight version cut.

I'll have to investigate the Bomar replacement for the non-adjustable Kimber rear sight. If it's a target sight, then that'll save me a bunch of money. There are only two things I don't like about my Stainless II, the rear sight, and the plastic MSH. Although, I think I'm going to installed the Packmayr raised MSH soon. I just install the Packmayr American Legend finger groove grips. Softer rubber than Hogue, but still a firm grip. The wood accentuates the package.

The load is my own lead cast from a Lyman quad 452460 (~200gns) mold, pushed by CCI300's and 4gns of Bullseye.

One handed, no rest, My scores are 80's with two flyers it seems on each target. If I can get rid of the flyers, which are obviously my fault, not the gun's, then I ought to be able to get my slowfire scores into the 90's soon.
