My shot bottles get way dirtier than my powder bottles.
Do you store powder in your MEC bottles?

Always wipe them with a dryer sheet pulled through the eye of your cleaning rod. No static.

I didn't vote, because I don't have a MEC press. I do have several RCBS UniFlows and a Lee Load-All, however. And I don't store powder in any of them. First, I don't want to etch the plastic on the hoppers. Second, if the seal on the original bottle is intact, (to re-use) the powder will not degrade quickly, if at all. The hopper is not air tight. Third, I was always taught to store powder in the original container to prevent mix-ups and the like. Only times I have left powder in a hopper is overnight once when I didn't have time to finish a current batch.

Powder completely rotted the cheap acrylic hopper of a Redding measure. So I don’t leave the cheap acrylic RCBS and Bonanza loaded.
MEC bottles and Dillon hoppers are darkened - NG, residual solvent, graphite? - but not etched.
Dram Worx makes Pyrex hoppers for most measures. That isn’t going to rot, etch, or much color. I’d cover it against UV when idle, though.

Another member here suggested Static Guard spray…
I tried it and it works excellently…!!!!
I have sprayed all my bottles/hoppers inside and out….
EDIT to add:

I sprayed my plastic scale pan with graphite mold release.
