DOB Help with Colt Revolvers

I acquired two Colt "New Frontier" .22 revolvers today and am looking for their date of manufacture. Both appear as new, but I think they are probably older stashed-in-safe guns.

#1 = 4" barrel with S/N of G1672XX
#2 = 6" barrel with S/N of G2162XX

They both have blued barrels and cylinders and frames which look either "Case" or "Parkerized". Both are able to accept the .22 mag cylinder which came with them.

Also if anyone has a value feel. Each one is at 99%.

G1672XX. 1976. The year started at G159201.

G2162XX. 1984. The year started at G215660.

Value for 99% condition, about $485 to $500.
