I was just curious if anyone has a new copy of the "Blue Book of Gun Values"?

Mine is a couple years old and I was wanting to get an up to date price on a specific gun.

Look in the back under "Trench" guns. Then under "Commercial Sales". I'm looking for values of a Ithaca 37 Trench shotgun(1960's-1970's). I forgot what percentages they list, but I need to know a couple of the highest.

Thanks!

The 30th Edition lists Ithaca Model 37 $1600 for 98%, $900 for 95%, and $700 for 90%.

Great, thats just what I needed!

I guess they have gone up a little.

Thanks for the fast reply.

Is there a free version online of the BB on values, or something similar?

No.....you can buy a 1, 2, or 3 year on-line subscription if I remember correctly, but there are no free versions that I have found. They also sell the paper and CD versions also. I normally try to get a deal on a copy at a gunshow or somewhere like that so I can have a copy in my truck when I'm out hunting for deals. I haven't bought any lately and my newest one is 2-3 years old now.

You can get an idea what something is worth on Gunbroker. Just go to completed auctions and it will show you what people paid for various guns and their condition etc. I have the BB but you have to realize the BB on anything, including guns may or may not be accurate. They can be way off or just a little.
