Converted my handguns months ago to Seal One, a type of CLP. When slightly moist, excellent lubricity. I’ve read Lots about its contraversial ‘predecessor’, and I’ve had zero issues over many hundreds of rds.

In areas with no dust, no sand, is it necessary to leave the rails etc looking dry (“remove excess”), or is this done only because of everybody repeating hearsay or wanting to be a conformist?
