Been doing a little research and the consensus is that the Johnny Stewart Digital calls are the preferred call for coyotes and other varmints.

Anyone here have a preference?

What is the advantage of digital versus tapes (other than size)?

Anyone prefer other brands? If so, why?

I noticed they have a "feral hog feeding frenzy" sound? THis could get interesting :D

Any opinions on any predator calls appreciated.

I have the tape version, but if they are anything like digital music players then the advantages would be:

1. Smaller size
2. Better sound quality
3. The ability to have in memory several differing sound templates
4. And perhaps better battery as there is no motor to spin the tapes

I love my foxpro:

32 sounds, remote control that allows you to change sounds, volume mute the unit from over 100 yards. the unit is the size, weight and looks of a medium flashlight. It uses computer chip sound for increadible quality, Pricey at 500+ but I love the thing.
