Enfield #4 Carbine in .45ACP

I recently saw an Enfield #4 Carbine converted to .45ACP in a Century International Arms flyer for $299.87. At this point I'm intrigued! Has anyone purchased one of these from CIA? Is this a Rhineland conversion done by Century? Any idea of the quality of these conversions?
