Entry Level Reflex Sight for Ruger Mark 4

I want to put a reflex sight on my Mark 4. I have Bushnell TRS-25's on two long guns and they've held up fine, but I want a reflex style sight for the Mark 4. I think it would look better on a pistol. Ruger sells one on their site for like $85 but I don't know how good it is.

I'm not interested in high end stuff worth more than the gun. The gun is a range plinker and we all know .22 sure doesn't jolt the gun. So let's here some suggestions as to options. I'd like to keep it around $150.

Other than the rail I have to put on the gun, do I need any other attachments to put the sight on the gun?
