I have 3 J-frame S&W revolvers. I also have recently found out I have severe arthritis in my right wrist and severe carpal tunnel syndrome and will be having surgery soon.
As it is right now I am having a hard time shooting some of my handguns and was wondering if these ERGO Delta Grips help with recoil especially as it relates to flexing of the wrist during recoil.
I am practicing more left handed but I am looking at options.

Does anyone use these grips and what is your opinion of them if you have tried them.
You can save any comments about them being ugly if you haven’t actually fired a gun with these grips. Pointing out the obvious is a bit redundant.

Thank you.

Here’s a link to the manufacturer of these grips;

My daughter-in-law has a S&W Airweight that she shoots very well. She has plenty of range time with it and shoots it better than I do. I seems like it works fine for her. I never shot the gun with the standard grip on it so I really don't know the difference other that what she and my son say.

She didn't like the recoil initially of the Airweight, but the ErgoGrip seems to make it better according to them. It also seems to point well with this funky grip.

I like them. I think they point, shoot and conceal very well. I'm not sure whether they would be better or worse for your condition. They can't change physics, the recoil will still be there, but they change the angle of your wrist, and fill your hand, distributing the force differently.

I've never tried one, but another option could be the Chiappa Rhino.

Thank you both very much. I found these grips on Amazon at a very reasonable price. I think I will order a set and see how they work.

Ditto on Pudge's reply. I have them for my 642, and find them easier to shoot than stock rubber grips or the bantam grips. I use the Delta grips if in carrying OWB, and the bantam when I'm pocket carrying. I hope they will help with your situation.

I was also intrigued enough by the grips to buy a set to try with my various J-frames. I haven't fired anything with them yet, but one thing I'm noticing is that the grip angle seems to allow more torque to be applied to the trigger. Or perhaps it requires less pressure to apply the same amount of torque. Anyway, something like that. Could be totally imaginary on my part -- at least subjective -- but hopefully it might factor into the overall bio-mechanical process that alleviates your condition. :)
