Restrict something into oblivion without the consent of the people and those people will find ways around that injustice.

Even if the solutions aren't great, they kind of work.

I too, thought bump fire stocks and 100 round magazines were superfluous, then I saw a video using both of those things Together. One human should not be allowed to have that much fun at one time, lol
Of course, he was firing at an inanimate object. Just in case there are some here that may misconstrue my meaning.

Did they reduce the diameter of the receiver ring as well?

That "custom" Glock is, for real, a death trap. Most of what could be salvaged is in the baggie. Also, the 96 Mauser that was blown up was impressive. The bolt stayed in the rifle. One of the big players in the 1911 world sold sporters made up on Model 96 Swedish Mauser actions. One that was in the ads was in 22-250. What blew the rifle up in the pictures would have probably taken most any rifle apart. Most of the 96's in circulation are over a hundred years old.
