American Eagle is Federal and Federal runs the LC plant. I load all 3 plus a few others and all are good to load IMO.

American Eagle brass will either be headstamped as FC or LC. The majority of the .223/5.56 American Eagle that I've bought has been Lake City brass. In my experience if the box is marked .223 its most likely FC brass and if its labeled 5.56 it'll be LC brass. All of the AE pistol brass has been Federal, that I've bought.
