FFP scopes

I am well aware of all the advantages of FFP scopes, but what, if any are the drawbacks? I'd like to know of any potential issues before I buy my next scope. Currently looking at a Leupold LR/T 3.5-10 FFP.

When you zoom in the cross hair grows as well and potentially blocking small target at distance.

Thanks, that didn't occur to me, but obviously your right. I can live with that though.
