I've had accurate 45 acp swc loads with xtreme swc but I couldn't get it to feed reliably in both my sight 227 and my 1911. Same with mbc without any hiccups. Tried lead swc 200 gr from dardas and at 1.260 had no problems feeding in both the sig and my 1911s.

Made 100 rds of vvn320 at 5 gr and shot 60 rds ( came at end of range time) and no hiccups on both guns. Load was very accurate as well but did have small amount of leading in both guns which cleared with 2 patches. No choreboy needed.

Still deciding if I decrease or keep the load ( 4.7-5.1gr) but finally a reliably feeding g 200 swc for both guns.

i tried the plated 200 gr swc from Berry's. They shot fine and the gun functioned with them. Only had 250 of those bullets. I'll buy more when I run up on them.

I had mbc work without issues in the 1911 but seating longer or shorter I couldn't get it to feed in the sig 227. If I do try the xtreme 200 I'll play around again with the seating depth as they do look similar in profile to the one that's working . I had seated a bunch of them too short.

I had real good success with the MBC 200gr SWC with red dot and bullseye. Seated deep enough to chamber, never had an issue. That's one combination I always made sure to plunk test.
