forgive my Ignorance please, but how would i find a list of upcoming gunshows in my area?
There is one coming up at the end of October in St. Charles at the new Convention Center.
I'll be there with some gun safes.
The St Charles ones SUCK, small cramped and not much worth goin for. These are my experiences there. YMMV
The shows at the new Convention Center are OK. The one on the hill above the Casino is small and cramped.
Right, the Convention Center is very nice. Lot's of tables. The one's at the Old Stegton's, now Heart of St. Charles, are hardly worth the effort.
I was going to set up but my stuff that I was going to sale is back ordered until next year.
I have set up at a few shows here in IL but they are more of a Social event than a place to buy and sell.If I made enough to pay for the table that it was a banner show.

Answer: Google "gun shows in st. louis" > http://www.stlweaponcollectors.com/
Enjoy and safe shooting!
The St. Charles at the new Convention Center show is one of the better ones in St Louis.
You have to be speaking of the show at the banquet center near the casino.
The show at the convention center has over 500 tables.
There's one here in Columbia the weekend of Oct. 4th at Midway, though I can't speak to it's quality. I've never actually been to a gunshow before.
The show at Midway near Columbia is OK if you live within walking distance. I would not spend good money on gas to get there. Mostly jerky, touch lamps, dragon swords, etc. There are a few, read that "few" tables with guns.
Your booth aside, anything worth going to as a consumer or the belleville ones mostly overpriced stuff, jerky and beanie babies?
It is hit and miss in Belleville. Springfield and New Berlin are the same.
