for those that are active duty there are times when your place of permenant residence is Florida but because of your orders you are living in another state for a long period of time.
I am trying to figure out if a FTF is possible for a friend who is active duty, he lists Florida as his state of permanant residency but lives in MD and has done so for the past 4 years. He is going to Florida for a family visit and wants to buy a handgun from someone he knows in Florida. They prefer to complete the transaction FTF rather than get a dealer involved.
