I've seen these at the stores, and just tonight did a bunch of surfing. I found a lot of good reviews, but finally found the manufacturer's site.

There's a motorized semi auto, as well as a lever action and a SxS. Some really cool stuff there. Just keep away from the online vendors, they're at least two or three times more expensive than the stores(in St Louis anyway). One wanted over $60 for a gun I could buy locally for less than $20!:what: They do make refill kits for lost darts and "shells," which is kind of a more recent phenomenon

Anyway, keeping in mind supervision and rules and such, these would be a great way to introduce younger kids to shooting. Much cheaper and less potential for problems than a real gun.

KB toys and walmart sell that brand... my son has had the double barrel shotgun and the one with the drum mag... the double barrel is cool because it has "shells" that eject when you open the breach... the mechanism that ejects them is an elastic band, so it wont last more than a few months... but they are like $7.99 so who cares?

Nerf

My son has quite a few of those. Rocket launcher revolvers, etc.

He now knows the four rules and the weaver stance.

I am so proud. :)

ummm... seems to be a bad spin off of the NERF brand i grew up with... i mean. 10 + years ago i had a belt fed NERF Gatling gun
