Hello,
Just got a bottle of FP-10 CLP, and I noticed a difference between that and Breakfree CLP almost immediatly: it does not seem to spread as far.
I am not saying that this a bad thing, it almost seems to be soaking IN to the metal, which could be a very good thing, but it does seem noticeably different.
I was testing this out on an 870 Express, which has a rather rough finish, so I thought that was the cause, but I saw the same thing on a polished rifle receiver.
Any similar experiences out there? As I said, this may not be a problem, and FP-10 seems to do a wonderful job lubricating, but I would like to know what others have seen.
Regards,
