In the Cabela’s library today there were two of the subject, both preowned 12 gauge in excellent condition, with a couple of slight differences. Both are clearly marked ‘Instinct L’ with the color case hardened receiver and walnut stocks. One had the release lever in the forend and a roll pin through the receiver. The other one, which is shown in the current Franchi website, has a small sliding button release, and no roll pin. Also considerably less expensive. Oddly, the cheaper one has much nicer looking wood grain. Is one of them simply an older model? Sorry, no photos.
