Free LOCAL Rifle/Pistol ranges for EVERYONE?FREE SPEECH LIMIT

Hi yall, I just moved to Florida and nearly almost moved to Texas as well and have a topic i bet would grab everyones interest on shooting ranges. It seems to me that most americans own lots of guns more than any other country on this planet but when it comes time to shoot them there is EXTREMELY LIMITED PLACES TO SHOOT THEM and EXPENSIVE . So we have a 2nd amendment thats suspose to grant us rights to bear arms but no place to freely practice in a convenient economical way for marksmanship, safety, efficiency which renders most people in America with firearms useless in these fields. I on the other hand have come up with a solution for nearly every American that i think would have the support of every gun owner in this country . As of now the term exercise your gun rights, is laughable because most Americans dont have a convenient close place to where they live to shoot them. Its like saying we have a right to buy a car but not everyone can afford the gas to practice driving extensively and/or also the Practice Driving Range is a Pay Range and also its a distant drive from where you live.That in itself is Preposterous So i actually attempted not once but twice a letter to my Representative in Florida for the Central Florida district i live in since moving from Pennsylvania and in my opinion my free speech was trampled on and was limited to 500 words in my first letter of 3500 plus words on the matter and then to a shorter follow up letter which was trying address my complaint of limited free speech in the 1st letter, and my most post went over the 500 word limit again at 607 words. REALLY! !!. SO I WANT YOUR OPINIONS AFTER I TRY TO WRITE MY LETTER NOW AND YOUR THOUGHTS ON IF I SHOULD TRY TO WRITE TO MY LOCAL CONGRESSMAN AGAIN . Basically the letter states that im looking for a Law that would Pass Mandatory Allocated Tax Dollars in every possible local community for our local governments to be forced by law to build shooting ranges in every possible community for all Americans using tax dollars. I mean all it would really take is a bulldozer to move some dirt. AND I BET WE WOULD HAVE VOLUNTEERS JUMPING FORWARD TO DO THE WORK, So that the American People can actually practice with what is our Right To Bear Arms and not let our Fireams become useless in the hands of ill-Trained Americans that own them but cant even hit the broad side of a Barn for a lack of a better analogy. This is EASY INEXPENSIVE SENSIBLE LEGISLATION THAT ALL LEGAL AMERICANS SHOULD SUPPORT AND CAN BE PASSED. AND IF IT DOES, Like i said, We would have volunteers with bulldozers lining up nearly everywhere in this great country to help. Most Americans right now have to drive a good inconvenient distance and many of us have to PAY!!!, PAY SOMEONE Money!! Thats rediculous in itself beacause our second amendment gives us all our other liberties. We as americans should not have to pay anyone to practice marksmanship to defend this great nation if ever it came to that senario. It says a well regulated militia. That would mean Training and equipment equal to our goverments arsenal locked up in armories in every local comminuity kept on hand at the local Sherriffs beck in call in case of Tyranny ect... for American Citizens to help our country out if ever in need. All im asking for is a place for every legal American Citizen to practice and shoot our( un-equalled to the governments firearms) right to bear arms accurately. Money or inconvenient travel should never be the reason of burden for most americans to practice the most important RIGHT in our Constitution. Im starting to wonder if our government has alraedy thought this through and actually likes the fact that most amercians our unsatisfactory in firearms training. This should be on the ballet box in every local community so we can vote on it ourselves instead of letting our government who THINKS they know whats best for us American Citizens when it comes to firearms. The local gun club here near orange city, Florida wants $400 a year to shoot!!!!!! Im broke!!!!! Thats preposterous! !!!!!! I feel any complaints to diagree with this may be TREASON............. TREASON I TELL YOU.... Lol.............Still lol........

I bet if we all tried to guess how many Legal U.S Citizens own guns ...... Then try to guess how many Legal U.S Citizens actually can shoot them in a marksmanship way .. The REALITY OF THE RESULTS WOULD BE SHAMEFUL and EMBARRASSING .!!!!????
You all have a right not to be marksman so dont practice if you choose not to. Its your choice.
But let every Legal U.S Citizen without a Felony make the choice for themselves. .
Please help all americans Shoot Better, Safer, more Efficiently. .. Thanks to all who took time to read this very important post.. Write yourcongressman. ...Maybe yours gives you more than 500 words to have free speech lol... There should also be a tax write off for all Volunteers that help out in every Community in the Law/Laws that im proposing to my Congressman as well...This letter is really about asking you all not if you disagreebut if its worth the time to even write to my Representative on the matter considering how little words they allow me to use to explain myself on thisimportant matter and if i actually could shorten the Letter enough to make my point, Would they actially listen and respond to me or send me someAutomated Response that just thanks me for my concerns and then just Blows me off??? Without this law i propose i would guess 3-7% of the popupation are properly trained with practice, and 93-97% are not even close. Just a guess? That is pathetic and we as a Country need Trained Citizens now more than ever and all im asking for is a law that lets you have the Freedom to practice for free locally so we are Responsible Citizens that can actually use the firearms which are Constitution grants us or else what the heck does it even matter that we have a Second Amendment if you cant even use the Firearms in a manner that's Efficient, Effective, Safer, Which renders most americans with firearms neary Useless. THATSUNACCEPTABLE and we all should support this.
