I got a full choke because I wanted tighter patterns if I have to fire inside the house... I have a remington 20 gauge that I have loaded with Federal 2 Buck. Is the full choke good for the buckshot or is the supplied Modified Rem Choke better?

The modified I think would be better at those ranges, you really don't want to squeeze those pellets more than you have to.

The modified is usually a better choice but the only way to know for sure is to pattern with both chokes. You (we) may be surprised with your results YMMV.---Bill

You will need a very tight choke for turkeys. I suggest a set of magnetic rifle type sights for effective aiming. You nned a very tight pattern at the right place for turkey.

+1 for RetiredLawman's suggestion.
I put the HiViz magnetic sight on the front of my 20ga 870. Sights are a great, quick, cheap. Full choke for Turkey time, swap out chokes and then I shoot rifled slugs for Pig time.

This thought process always amazes me. Hopefully the OP won't be trying to shoot a turkey 50 plus yards away with a 20 gauge.
A full shoke may be better, depending on how your gun shoots.
The main thing is not trying to take a shot that is too far away. Know how your gun patterns at different distances and don't make the gun do something it can't.

At in the house SD ranges, choke isn't going to make enough of a difference to be of any concern, IMHO.
