Fumbling, Bumbling, and Unbelievably Lucky

Very lucky woman. Given the circumstances things could have gone so wrong it's hard to even think about it.

This account is why a career in police work could be summarized as "never a dull moment"... Some of the things that lowlives get up to have to be seen to be believed.

As far as the gun owner goes.... Most gun owners are a lot less well trained or skilled than they imagine themselves to be. Let's hope this particular owner realizes just how lucky she was to survive her encounter and now has the motivation to get some training before she ever reaches for a firearm again....

Great fun... but I have to say that provoking crazies isn't something I'd want to teach any rookie cop as he/she learned how to survive on the street...

I always read the Armed Citizen column in the NRA publication American Rifleman which the basic information was derived from by tacticalprofessor with more in-depth research.

First...rack your shotgun....now.....I'm going to put the mag in if you don't stop.
Biden must be proud. :rolleyes:

OK, first off if there's somebody outside my house with the testicular fortitude to rape a pit bull, I'm NOT going to be inclined to go outside myself and challenge him...

Call 911 and stay inside.

Years ago in Virginia, there was a guy raping horses. The paper said if your horse suddenly was nervous around people, it might be a rape victim. One of the raped horses DIED!

So here you are in prison and you meet your new cellmate. He says, "What are your in for, buddy?"

And you answer, "Armed robbery. How's about yourself?"

"Aw, I screwed a horse to death.":eek::eek::eek:
