Gamma 3 gun safe

I have a Gamma 3 gun safe and it appears to have lost it's programming as it will not open with the combo that I have used for years. I have tried the factory default 0000# and that doesn't work

I have both keys and have tried using them and it still will not open.

Does anybody know the specific procedure of how to open it using the keys

Not to sound like a jerk, but have you contacted them? I've .ever heard of them so I am not even sure if that is an option so if not then please forgive me. If not, you may have to contact a locksmith.

Many of the posts on here indicate that Gamma is out of business. May have to try the locksmith unless somebody posts how to use the keys

Look for a nameplate if there's no obvious keyhole. Often the nameplate doubles as a keyhole cover. Take out the nameplate screws and it pops right off.
