i had the extreme pleasure, last year, of refurbishing ten garand rifles that belong to my american legion post (located in yarnell, arizona). the honor guard uses them for their 21 gun salutes.
anyway, this one came back to me yesterday with a stuck bolt. a quick fix with a soft mallet and a light touch (bad blank ammo, i think).
thought you might like to see an old war horse.
