Does anyone have one? What do you think of it? I was going to buy a G34 (debating about getting into the 9mm), but after seeing the wait to get one (I know I can buy one from GB right now) I found a new G35 Gen-3 for $450. I currently have the G22 and G23.

My primary use for this would be target. I am getting started into some local practical pistol matches and thought this might be something to play with. What do you think?

Thanks...:)

what gen is your 22 and 23? if they are gen3, i would get that 35 so the grips are the same.

but if your going to use it for target competition .40 is alot more expensive than 9mm when you add it all up.

that's just the devils advocate in me

as long as you buy a glock, you cant go wrong

The G35 is more versatile competition-wise than the G34

I suppose you could get a 9mm barrel for it, and many do, but I've never done that.

BUY IT. I have a G35. I use it with a 40-9mm barrel conversion from Lone Wolf and it functions GREAT. The versatility of being able to shoot 9, 40 or even .357 sig make it more versatile.

There are some competitions where you CAN'T use a conversion barrel, so if one of those gun games is on your list of things to do, then get the appropriate gun, or just use 40 for those competitions.

Do those 40-9 conversions work with the Glock 20s (ie. is there a 10-9 conversion, I know there is a 10-40).

I have a gen 3 G35 and it's very accurate. The only issue I have with it is that it beats the knuckle of my thumb up. I was going to look on the web to see if there was a rubber bumper I could glue to it to fix it. It may just be the way I hold it, but I do enjoy shooting it.
