Which Beretta PX4 model's trigger/action is going to feel the closest to the Glock trigger/action. Im assuming C but want to make sure.

Type C: Single-action-only ("Constant Action"). Spurless hammer. No de-cocker. No safety.

Type D: Double-action-only. Spurless hammer. No de-cocker. No safety.

edit: I held one today and it felt outstanding in the hand.

It's my understanding that the C type is a pre-cocked double action not single action. It would be similar to the Sig DAK or HK LEM models. Glock is also pre-cocked but striker fired.

Glock is also pre-cocked but striker fired.
To be technical, the Glock is only partially pre-cocked.
Pulling the trigger completes the cocking and then the firing, hence it's not a singe-action pistol.

A good example of a fully pre-cocked (single-action) striker fired pistol is the Springfield Armory XD.

"Pre-cocked double action" can only mean partially cocked. If it was fully cocked then it's called single action.;)

In your last post is the first time I've ever heard the term "pre-cocked double action".

I'm curious, did you coin the term or hear it somewhere?

IMO, an auto-loader can really only be in the condition of cocked, not cocked, or partially cocked.

Even a de-cocker can only return a cocked pistol to either the condition of cocked, partially cocked, or not cocked.

so, type c would be closest to the Glock? I want a consistent trigger pull that's not as heavy as a double action revolver.
