Good deal on a Sig P238 $459?

For some reason my local dealer has a two tone with laser Sig P238 for $459 (485 OTD). The store associate also was surprised at the low price and didn't know why his boss had them listed so low. I currently use a jframe for pocket carry and was thinking of getting a Ruger LCP for pocket carry and never considered the P238 because usually they are $520+. I think they look awesome.

I think the description says you can remove the laser if wanted.
Anyone know if that is true?

Any disadvantage of getting this variant compared to other p238s without the laser?

I have called around and most places have the all black p238 for $520 (551 OTD).

Where I live, Ohio, that is a good deal. If you are looking to get one I think you would be hard pressed to find one cheaper.

I'd grab that in a heart beat. I can't touch that price in my area. I have a P238 and really like it.

I think I paid around $600 for mine (the all black version), I WISH I could have paid under $500! Mine didn't even have a laser, which you can remove BTW.

Awesome gun, though I wish .380 was cheaper and easier to find. But if you don't like the gun, there's a good chance you can resell it for at least what you paid, if not a profit.

The P238 is a nice looking gun and fun to shoot. I had one that I got used for $500. The SAS model with night sights. It was a real sweet pistol, but my j-frame is a bit lighter, never jams, cost me about half as much, and holds a more powerful round. I sold the P238.
