It doesn't have to be an actual Yugo SKS sling, but I want something that looks somewhat like it should be on the rifle. I love the green slings that came with my Romanian SAR-1's, and wonder if you can buy these anywhere?

Oddly enough, mine came with a rather natty, worn leather sling, if I recall correctly (I know it came with a sling--just not sure which one 
). Smelled bad, so I rolled it up and put it in a trunk. I'll take a look when I get home to see if I can figure out which one it was, and maybe post a pic.

This is a pretty good sling this guy is selling here. You could trade him for an AK mag apparently. I got a couple for my SKSes from www.southernohiogun.com but I don't know if they still have 'em.

I'm going to try buying a few of those AMD-65 slings they have at TAPCO. They look like they'll fit a Yugo and I have a AMD-63 that I'm suppose to be building up one of these days.
