For me it would depend on which one was more accurate. The best my Mark II could do was 1 inch at 35 yards.

The question of which iteration of the Ruger .22 pistol to get, is really two questions:
1. You want to keep it as it comes from the factory? Get a Mark II.
2. You're willing to make a few alterations? Get a Mark IV.
